Check whether you are using the latest EVE Launcher. Vanguard is only available on launcher version 1.17.2 (or more recent)
- You can download the latest launcher by following this link: Download the free EVE Online client (launcher) for Windows.
- Once you have downloaded the latest launcher, you should be able to see EVE Vanguard on the left sidebar.
